A special shoutout to Putu Jaka and the rest of the team for their precision in cleaning—my room was always spotless, with super clean and odor-free bathrooms. Urip, the operational manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, and Tiya always came up with helpful ideas that made my stay even more comfortable. The ladies at reception and the restaurant provided excellent service and warm hospitality every single day.
